Ryan is a highly motivated motorsports professional with 40 years in the Middle East, 9 of them as manager and director at Dubai Autodrome.    He has founded several motorsports businesses in the UAE since 1997.  Driven and extremely passionate about building participation and increasing motorsport safety, Ryan was instrumental in introducing operational safety procedures and business streamlining at Dubai Autodrome and had a seat on the UAE’s Motorsports and Driver Development Committee with the Emirates Motorsports Organisation for 7 years.    Ryan has created several motorsports IPs in the region and has designed programs to develop motorsports participation in the UAE.

Motorsports Project Manager

Kate started in motorsport with the SEAT team in the British Rally Championship and with the Ford World Rally Team.  Following positions at F1 sponsorship agency KHP Consulting and the Red Bulletin F1 magazine, Kate joined the FIA Institute, progressing to Fund Programme Manager, then Acting Director of Education before joining the FIA in 2015 as Head of the Sport Grant Programme, working with member clubs to implement a wide range of global projects.  With extensive experience in project management, operations and logistics, Kate has wide-ranging skills developing and managing global events with diverse stakeholders across many motorsport disciplines.

Logan is a Partnership Executive at Pole Position with over 15 years of experience in the motorsport sector through her family and own involvement in motor racing in the UAE and internationally. Logan has a Sports Psychology degree from the University of Stirling and is passionate about connecting businesses to unlock their full potential. Away from work, Logan is an accomplished racing driver with over 10 years of experience in single seaters, GT’s and prototypes. Over 25 years Graham has learnt to plan expeditions the encompass travel across Mountains to Sand to Sea while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of everyone on the trip. While Graham has been conducting expeditions in the region, he also has been managing a full-time job for the likes of Motorola, Cambium Networks to name but two.
