Kate started in motorsport with the SEAT team in the British Rally Championship and with the Ford World Rally Team. Following positions at F1 sponsorship agency KHP Consulting and the Red Bulletin F1 magazine, Kate joined the FIA Institute, progressing to Fund Programme Manager, then Acting Director of Education before joining the FIA in 2015 as Head of the Sport Grant Programme, working with member clubs to implement a wide range of global projects. With extensive experience in project management, operations and logistics, Kate has wide-ranging skills developing and managing global events with diverse stakeholders across many motorsport disciplines.

While Graham has been conducting expeditions in the region, he also has been managing a full-time job for the likes of Motorola, Cambium Networks to name but two. In this role he was not only responsible for the sales for the region but also took on a project management role to ensure network elopements were delivered.
